Still not working

I thought I had it down but cannot get my podcaster to download the shiur, no clue why. If anyone finds this blog and knows a thing or two about podcasting leave a comment, let's figure this out. BTW I'm trying to dl this over the internet to my smartphone ( i use dr. Podder on Palm Pre).
